GIVE THE PARKING AREA A CLEARER PLAN
Faded parking lines can leave an otherwise well-kept property looking unfinished. Summit assesses the existing layout and the markings you want refreshed, then puts the agreed work into a written scope.
The offer starts with restriping an existing layout. Parking bays, line segments and other agreed markings are identified individually so you can see what is being painted and what remains outside the job.
New layouts and changes to accessible parking, fire lanes or circulation need separate qualified review. An existing layout is still reviewed before the painting scope is approved.
WHAT SHAPES THE PROPOSAL
A useful quote accounts for the whole task, from the marking inventory to when the area can reopen.
The number of spaces and individual lines, line widths, symbols, arrows and other agreed markings. A clear inventory makes the inclusions visible.
Surface material and condition, existing markings, preparation needs and compatibility with the proposed marking product.
Vehicle movement, tenants, operating hours, section closures and the conditions needed for the chosen product to dry or cure.
A BETTER FIRST LOOK
A few useful views help us understand the layout before we discuss measurement or a site visit. Photograph from a safe position away from moving vehicles.
Wide views showing the rows, entrances, exits and the part of the lot you want refreshed.
Closer views of faded lines and pavement condition, plus any existing arrows, symbols or curb markings in the request.
Show loading routes, busy entrances, reserved spaces or sections that must stay available during the work.
Also include the address, approximate number of spaces, the person authorized to approve the work and any preferred access window. Existing drawings are helpful if available.
BEFORE THE WORK
Preparation is agreed with the actual property. The proposal should make the responsibilities and work window clear.
Identify which rows, spaces and markings belong in the scope. Flag proposed layout changes before the paint plan is agreed.
Tell us about tenants, delivery activity and busy periods. Agree on vehicle relocation, notices and access before the scheduled work.
Keep the agreed work areas available. Reopening follows the confirmed product and site conditions, not an assumed fixed time.
BEFORE WE GET STARTED
The current service focuses on refreshing existing lines and agreed markings after a site review. A new layout, changed accessible spaces, fire-lane changes or circulation design require separate qualified review before a painting scope can be approved.
Yes. Tell us which rows or areas need attention. We can assess a defined section and review whether phasing makes sense for the property’s access needs.
Only the items listed in the proposal are included. Send photographs and identify every marking you want considered so it can be reviewed and counted separately.
Yes. Include the other tasks in your request. Cleaning, grounds work and line striping each need their own defined scope, with sequencing and access considered together.
The price follows the verified marking inventory, surface preparation, products, access and work window. Summit provides a site-specific proposal rather than an unqualified per-space price.
